All I will say is that it had been a large hit with my guys at the board. I created it a few of weeks agone and that they ar already requesting it once more.
The homework time sounds like plenty however that's essentially baking the potatoes and cooking the bacon. This step are often done the day before.
Ingredients
- 7 medium red potatoes - baked
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 c sour cream
- 2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 green onion, sliced
